Sojourner Truth House is a Day Center that provides services and resources to individuals and families experiencing homelessness and hunger so they can begin to stabilize their lives and transition to permanent housing.

We offer a safe and welcoming environment where women and their children can access basic needs such as food, clothing, and hygiene facilities. In addition to meeting basic needs, participants can access counseling, case management, employment assistance, and health screenings.

Our community food pantry is also open during the day to individuals and families not participating in our Day Center programs.
