More than 8,000 women have followed in Katharina’s footsteps since 1851, serving in the ministries of education, childcare, healthcare, social services, and spiritual care across five continents for the past 175 years. The Poor Handmaid congregation will honor this milestone with a special Eucharistic liturgy celebrated by Bishop Kevin Rhoades.
