HealthVisions Midwest is a faith-based organization that works to advocate for the underserved, develop and facilitate partnerships, and address systemic community health disparities. As part of the healing mission of Jesus, we do this with dignity and respect.

HealthVisions Midwest works in communities to reduce health disparities among the poor and underserved by advocating for the poor and powerless, nurturing and fostering leadership, developing and facilitating partnerships, addressing systemic community health needs, and advancing environmental health.
