Ancilla Beef & Grain Farm

Ancilla Beef and Grain Farm is a ministry of the Poor Handmaids of Jesus Christ that models rural family farming by raising grain and quality beef in a responsible and conscientious manner. Grounded in tradition and guided by Poor Handmaids of Jesus Christ values, Ancilla Beef and Grain Farm endeavors to help sustain The Center at Donaldson and provide quality beef in support of our mission to serve the underserved. 

Through partnerships in the local community and our own ministries, we distribute safe and healthy food to those in need.  In an effort to increase our environmental stewardship and live into our values, we are working to transition our farming and ranching practices from conventional to regenerative processes that focus on soil health, enhanced water quality, and nutrient-dense foods with minimal synthetic inputs.
