Ancilla College Students
As of March 16, 2022 Ancilla College transcripts will be processed through Parchment. Degree verifications will transfer from the National Student Clearinghouse to Parchment at a later date. Services with the National Student Clearinghouse house will cease on June 14, 2022. Updated information has been posted to the National Student Clearinghouse transcript ordering page, https://tsorder.studentclearinghouse.org/school/select, to alert students to the change in vendor. Students who cannot have their transcript processed through Parchment can request the transcript through this form.

We need the physical address to which the student wants the transcript sent.
Transcripts can only be sent with an official request and to where the student requests.

Transcripts are produced one to three days after your request is submitted. Allow another five to seven days for delivery via United States Postal Service. Transcript requests are not processed or mailed on weekends or holidays.

All requests must be made through this form, verbal requests via phone will be directed back to this form before processing begins.
