How to Help

The Poor Handmaids of Jesus Christ is a non-profit organization. Our corporate title for legal documents is Ancilla Domini Sisters, Inc., a 501 (c) (3) corporation. Ancilla Domini is Latin for "Handmaid of the Lord."

We depend on contributions from people like you to support the many ministries and services we provide. Gifts to the Poor Handmaids of Jesus Christ can take many forms. Your prayers are our mainstay. Your financial support is a great blessing to us, and is vital to our ability to continue our ministries. You make a difference in the lives of those we serve.

Fund raising efforts of the Poor Handmaids of Jesus Christ operate according to the guidelines of the National Catholic Development Conference and the Association of Fundraising Professionals. All funds raised are directed entirely toward the PHJC ministries. Province Administration operating monies support most of the Development Office expenses.
